Booking requests and payment
Requesting a time is free and nothing is charged. Your visit is confirmed when we text you. The price of the groom, any price change you approve by text, and any tip you choose are paid after the groom.
Changes and cancellations
You can move or cancel a visit for free up to 24 hours before your arrival window. If you need to cancel later than that, please text us as soon as you can.
Price changes
Prices are based on the size, coat and services you choose. If your pet needs more work than booked, your groomer texts you before doing it. Nothing extra is charged without your OK.
Your pet's health and safety
Dogs must have a current rabies vaccine. Tell us about health conditions, age-related issues and behavior when you book. We may stop a groom if continuing would put your pet or the groomer at risk, and we only charge for work done.
Repeat plans
Repeat-plan visits after the first are 10% off. You can skip or cancel any visit up to 24 hours before, and there is no contract.
