The groom
Your pet is groomed in the van, one pet at a time, with no cages and no other animals. Most grooms take 75 to 105 minutes.
Photos, then pay
We send photos when your pet is done, then you pay for the groom. Tips are optional, and all of it goes to your groomer.
On the day
- Someone needs to be home to hand over your pet and to take them back.
- Your groomer texts when they are on the way and again when your pet is done.
- Most visits need nothing from you. If a van needs to connect to water or power, your groomer asks first.
- Grooming happens in the van, rain or shine.
